How I quadrupled my income, a work in progress

Just over a year ago I wrote what I thought was the first page of a book I titled “How I avoided needing a liver transplant.”  It was going to be a journal-like log of all the things I did, didn’t do, and thoughts regarding my liver health.  I never wrote the book, but I kept up the wellness practices.  Today my liver function is nearly normal and I don’t need a transplant.  So, I’m writing this essay about quadrupling my income.

Writing this is something I must do  My mortgage is one payment behind, my monthly expenses exceed my income by $600.00, and my credit union has frozen my funds.  I am writing this essay because it is an important step in achieving greater consciousness of affluence, and my circumstances must change.   I believe that expression “when I believe it, I’ll see it.”  This perspective proved worthy in my experience with liver disease.

What worked with liver disease will work with wealth

Affirmations  Positive first person , present tense statements that I believe will be true for me soon.  “The Universe supports me emotionally, spiritually and financially.”  “Money comes to me easily and effortlessly.”  “I am financially secure.”  “I always have more than enough cash on hand.”  “The Universe provides riches from unexpected sources.”  “I am grateful for the Universe’s generosity.”  “I can afford to be generous.”

Thinking and speaking  The story I tell about my situation is vitally important.  When the issue was liver disease I said “the doctors believe I have liver disease.”  My rejection of their diagnosis was implied.  The wealthy perspective of my current financial situation is that my accounts do not yet reflect my affluence as fully as they could.

Triggers and reminders  Everything that reminds me of lack and limitation can be used as a trigger for an affirmative thought.  Every transaction, every monetary decision, and every ad on TV can be a reminder to think positively.

The prayers of others  Even before I believed that I could avoid a liver transplant I enlisted the prayers and faith of other people.  This is a great source of positive results.  By being a person who exudes joy, confidence and generosity I evoke confidence from other people.  Having others believe in me creates an emotional and spiritual environment of success.

What I read  Another way to fill my consciousness with success is to read inspirational books and websites.  I read metaphysical, or inspirational things, such as books on how to build consciousness; books that make me feel good about the Universe and how it works.  In addition to reading books, listening to books on tape or personal growth programs is keeping me on track.

Imagination  The question is “how’s it going to feel a year form now when the goal has been accomplished?”  Can I describe the thoughts, feelings, language, humor, actions, and assumptions of a person who has accomplished what I wish to accomplish?

Writing about wealth  This time, as opposed to my experience with liver health, I  will keep a log of all the things I do daily to maintain my wealth consciousness.  From debt to prosperity following my own prescription, there are so many components and they all feel good to me.  I can only suggest that you use the consciousness building techniques that feel good to you, and check back to this website to read my work in progress.   I have every confidence that this will be a success story.
