In
the various years of her ministry, Rev. Maria has pastored and assisted
several churches, hosted a cable TV show on healing, and been a guest on
numerous radio shows on healing, spirituality, meditation, and women's issues.
She has traveled as a public speaker and workshop facilitator to churches,
bookstores, conferences, and educational centers across
America.
Her articles,
essays, and meditations have been published in various magazines. She has
self-published numerous books and manuals, and released two recordings of
guided meditations. She's created a variety of classes, workshops, and
spiritual performance pieces, where she expresses her profound interest in
spiritual practices and philosophies.
For
the last few years, she has designed and facilitated several programs and
events based upon the principles of peace and nonviolence for a variety of
diverse spiritual communities. She is a member of the
Morehouse College Board of Preachers,
and has been honored by both the
Gandhi Foundation USA and the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site.
Currently she
is working as a traveling minister, sharing her message with the many peoples
of the world. Her ministry, "Doorway Into The Infinite", is based in Southern
Florida and is dedicated to the art of spiritual transformation through
exploring, experiencing, and embracing the universal principles of
spirituality and nonviolence.
